What is IgniDialer?
IgniDialer is an AI calling platform from IgniSparX. You build AI voice agents, run calling campaigns, answer inbound calls, and review transcripts, summaries and analytics in one workspace.
How do credits work?
Calls are billed from your workspace wallet. New workspaces start with 25 credits, and you can recharge from the Billing page whenever you need more.
Can I create my own AI voice agents?
Yes. Write the agent's instructions, choose its language and voice, then publish a version to use in campaigns. Edits never change a call that is already running.
Can IgniDialer handle inbound calls?
Yes. Yes. Inbound calls to a phone number registered in your workspace are answered by an AI agent, and each call gets a transcript and outcome like any other call.
Can I run outbound campaigns?
Yes. Import contacts, pick an agent and a caller ID, set calling windows, retries and concurrency, then schedule or launch the campaign.
Can I use my own phone numbers?
You can add the caller IDs your workspace calls from in Settings. Calls are carried by our telephony provider, Plivo.
What happens when my credits run out?
Calling needs wallet balance, so campaigns can't place new calls until you recharge. Add funds from the Billing page to continue.
What is Igni Assistant?
Igni is an AI operator for your workspace. Signed-in users can ask it questions and give it commands by voice in the app, or by phone after verifying a spoken PIN. It acts with your own permissions.
Can I integrate IgniDialer with my application?
Yes. Use API keys to call the REST API and signed, retried webhooks to receive events. CRM, WhatsApp and email integrations are planned but not available yet.
